Vijaya Hospital was founded in the year 1972 by Shri B. Nagi Reddi with the mission that world-class medical treatment should be affordable to one and all.

VIJAYA HEALTH CENTRE

1984

The Vijaya Health Centre was established in 1984, in Vijaya Gardens, as an extension of the Vijaya Hospital, to cater to the growing demand for quality and affordable healthcare services.

CT SCAN

1990

The CT Scan Department at the Vijaya Health Centre was established in 1990. It was one of the earliest of its kind in Chennai.

MRI Scan

1995

The MRI Scan Unit at the Vijaya Health Centre was established in 1995 and was the third of its kind in Chennai.

VIJAYA HEART FOUNDATION

1996

Keeping pace with the growing demand for specialized services, a stateof-the-art Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Centre was established by Shri B. Nagi Reddi in the year 1996 under the leadership of Dr. K.N. Reddy and his team.

VIJAYA INSTITUTE OF TRAUMA & ORTHOPAEDICS

1999

VITO was established in 1999 as a specialized centre for trauma and orthopaedic services. VITO has been functioning for more than two decades under the leadership of Dr. C. Rajasekhara Reddy, a senior orthopaedic surgeon

VIJAYA EDUCATIONAL ACADEMY

2011

The Vijaya Educational Academy in affiliation with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University was established in the year 2011. It was a long-cherished dream of the founder, which became a reality.

VIJAYA MOTHERS’ MILK BANK

2014

The Vijaya Mothers’ Milk Bank, the first private milk bank in Chennai, was established in the year 2014. The milk bank collects and pasteurizes mother’s milk using state-of-the-art equipment, which is then stored for later use.

Nagi Reddi Institute of Medical Education & Training (NRIMET)

2016

The Nagi Reddi Institute of Medical Education & Training (NRIMET) was established to support and promote medical education. The Institute conducts continuous medical and nursing training programmes and also promotes clinical research.
