Vijaya Group of Hospitals has a dedicated Insurance Desk to support and ensure smooth facilitation of documentation and cashless policy management.

Essential Documentation Required for Cashless Services:

Cashless card issued by the TPA

Employee ID Card issued by the employer

Photocopy of the Government issued ID Card of the patient/employee

Photocopy of the Insurance policy for preceding four years (individual policy holders)

To avail in-patient hospitalization services, follow the below stated procedure.

For Planned Hospitalization, Contact the Insurance Helpdesk with the mentioned documents, along with the doctor's admission advice, at least 3 days prior to the admission for necessary formalities.

For Emergency Hospitalization, Admit the patient, Contact the Insurance Helpdesk with the essential documents within 6 hours /first working hour (whichever is earlier) for necessary formalities. If authorization for ‘Cashless Service’ from your TPA is received, you can avail cashless facility thereafter for treatment in the hospital.
